I was happy to see a story on our committee in the Nov. 26 issue. David Abbot, Sonoma West staff writer, wrote:

There’s a movement taking shape among the citizen bicyclists of Sebastopol, and if it takes off the city could be on its way to becoming a model cycling community for Sonoma County.

To that end, local bicycle enthusiast and clothing entrepreneur Rick Pepper sent out a call to fellow cyclists last weekend to begin a series of weekend excursions to map bike racks throughout the city.

“We want to make Sebastopol a premier bike town,” Pepper said. “It’s (not that great) now and leaves a lot to be desired.” [read the entire story]
